Shipping Policy
Medication is shipped by the dispensing pharmacy, not by Reborn Rx. This page explains timing, cold-chain handling, delivery requirements, and what to do when something goes wrong.
In plain language
The pharmacy ships to you directly, in temperature-controlled packaging, with tracking. Shipping is included in your monthly price. Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after a clinician approves treatment.
An adult 18 or older must sign for delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, or outside the United States.
If a package arrives warm, damaged, or wrong, do not use it. Photograph it and contact us within 24 hours — the pharmacy replaces it at no cost.
01Who ships your medication
Reborn Rx does not stock, handle, or ship prescription medication. When your clinician issues a prescription, it is transmitted to an independent, state-licensed pharmacy of record. That pharmacy dispenses, labels, packages, ships, and bills for the medication under its own licenses and its own procedures.
Most Reborn Rx prescriptions are dispensed by CraftedRX, 609 State Hwy 47 #C, Warrenton, MO 63383 (1-888-788-0485). The dispensing pharmacy's name, address, and phone number appear on the prescription label and in your patient portal. Your care team coordinates with the pharmacy on your behalf and will follow up on any shipping problem for you. See Pharmacy Partners for how pharmacies are selected and vetted.
You may have your prescription filled at a pharmacy of your choosing. Tell your care team and we will transmit it there instead. Shipping terms in that case are set by the pharmacy you choose, not by this policy.
02Processing and delivery times
| Stage | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Clinician review of your intake | Within 1 business day |
| Your first charge | Raised on approval — nothing ships before it |
| Pharmacy verification and dispensing | 1–2 business days |
| Transit | 2–5 business days |
| Total, from approval to delivery | 3–7 business days |
Compounded preparations may take longer, because they are prepared for you individually after the prescription is received. Refills ship on a monthly cycle aligned to your billing date, so you receive the next supply before the current one runs out. You do not need to reorder each time. Canceling before your renewal date stops the next charge and the next shipment together.
Shipping is included in your monthly price. Expedited shipping is available at cost where the pharmacy offers it.
03Cold-chain packaging and handling
Compounded peptides are temperature-sensitive. Pharmacies ship them in insulated packaging with refrigerant, sized for the transit time and the destination climate, and orders are timed to avoid sitting in a facility over a weekend.
When your package arrives:
- Open it promptly, even if you cannot use it right away;
- Refrigerate the medication at 36–46°F (2–8°C) unless the label directs otherwise;
- Do not freeze it. Medication that has frozen must not be used, even after thawing;
- Do not leave it in a hot car, a mailbox, or in direct sunlight;
- Follow the label and the manufacturer or pharmacy instructions for in-use storage and beyond-use dating, which may differ from the unopened storage requirement.
If the refrigerant is fully melted and the medication is warm to the touch, or if the package was left outside in extreme heat or cold, do not use it. Contact us before your next dose. A replacement will be sent at no cost.
04Delivery requirements
- An adult 18 or older must be present to sign. Prescription shipments require signature confirmation and cannot be left unattended.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A street address is required.
- We can ship to a workplace or a neighbor's address if someone will be there to sign. Update the address in your portal before your next fill.
- Carriers generally attempt delivery up to three times before returning a package to the pharmacy.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your shipping address. If a package is undeliverable or returned because of an incorrect address, the medication cannot be re-shipped — it has left pharmacy custody and cannot be re-dispensed. A new prescription and a new charge would be required.
05Where we can ship
We ship only within the United States, and only to states where the Medical Group holds an active license and the dispensing pharmacy is licensed to ship.
- We cannot ship internationally, including to Canada and Mexico.
- We cannot ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
- Availability in U.S. territories varies by pharmacy licensure; ask your care team.
- If you move to a state we do not serve, we will tell you before your next fill and help you transfer your prescription and records to a local provider.
You must be physically located in the United States at the time of each visit. Medication cannot be forwarded to you abroad.
06If something goes wrong
Damaged, warm, wrong, or incomplete
Do not use the medication. Photograph the outer box, the packaging inside, the refrigerant, and the medication itself, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery:
Report a shipping problem
1-877-671-5767 · info@rebornrx.health · or secure message from your portal
Replacements are shipped at no cost, usually the next business day.
Late or not delivered
Track your shipment from your portal first. If tracking has not updated for two business days, or the carrier shows delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us. Once the carrier confirms loss, the pharmacy reships at no charge.
A quality concern with the medication itself
If the medication looks cloudy, discolored, or contains particles, or if the label is wrong, do not use it and report it immediately. Quality complaints about compounded preparations are reported to the compounding pharmacy and, where appropriate, to the FDA. See Report an Adverse Event.
07Disposal
Do not flush unused medication or place needles or pens in household waste.
- Place used needles and pens in an FDA-cleared sharps container, or a heavy-duty plastic container with a tight lid if one is not available;
- Dispose of sharps containers through your local household hazardous waste program, a pharmacy take-back program, or a mail-back service — rules vary by state;
- Find an authorized collection site through the DEA's drug disposal locator or by asking your care team.
